Quick question if I do buy something from auction how does that work? 

Is it better to get CoL and sell those and buy gear?

One last thing, is their way to get exp runes if so where or how? I

Well it depends, last time I checked the selling price for CoLs was 170k which is kinda hard to beat... But sometimes there're items like overenchanted Drake Leather parts which you can probably shoot for more... You can always do your research in Giran Harbor, but there's a thing to consider - even if you find an item which would beat the CoLs in value, you also need to take into account that it's going to take longer to sell since CoL is a quick turn goods.

No XP/SP runes on this server, besides the achievement window on one level... But I'd keep that one for some high level RB anyway
