Dion Newbies QoL update

Dear players!

To motivate more newcomers to join our server, we want to announce following QoL update for newcomers!

1. Starting today, ALL monsters level 1-49 will be giving x2 EXP/SP/Adena from original server rates
2. Starter Runes in Newbie Starting Kit were changed to following:

• 30% Rune for levels 1-40 (Before - 10% for levels 1-25)
• 15% Rune for levels 41-60 (Before- 5% for levels 26-35)

People are 76+ now. Where is the logic to boost newbies from 1-49 only? Whole idea is good, but not finished.

Should be: 

• 1-49 x2,
• 49-60 x1.5,
• 60-74 x1.10-15 or just change the runes, not mobs.

Imho. 

Current event have 7 days rune 25% EXP/SP up to level 70 which have high chance to drop, but you are right, we won't stop on this.
