Drop when killed by Raid Bosses

I am not sure if this is the right section for this, but i would  report that when you get killed by RB's you can drop your stuff, but you should not drop when killed by RB or Boss like QA, Orfen etc

RB is  environment  in Player vs environment (PvE) u can drop.

Keep in mind that this is supposed to be early chronicles c3 kinda that drop was actually there..
