First of all, this server hasnt even reached point when this is actual problem why people should whine. When some clan fully dedicates all their members to PK everything alive with 76+ chars which wont have way to get back from all that karma, then you will be allowed to cry. Feel free to see what happens on official. I dont know if you are living in stone age, but officials have reworked sin eater quest for quite some time already, which made some of the people there playing on it quit, because its totally stupid to let you clean only 1-3 pks (from which 3 pks clean never happens) ONCE per day, which takes huge time as well. With some dedication, some people can just come to your spot, pick up your adena, hit your train and you wont be able to do anything at some point, because everybody will be over 4 pks (unable to clean them for like 3-4 days coz of stupid quest restriction), yeah, those are sweet times. Hopefully staff here wont implement this new sin eater quest EVER. If they ever think about changing the pk scroll system, they should think about bringing back old sin eater quest.

First of all, once you will have as much experience as I do with classic chronicle, then maybe we can try to speak about mechanics of it. Until then i can give you very useful site to study at least some mechanics of classic chronicle, you go to 4game eu forum and then pay visit to section "Experimentarium" or you can go to russian site and search topic "Час с Ольфом". Then you would find out that RS doesnt affect quick spear https://4gameforum.com/threads/574500/. Maybe you would like to enlighten us with archer stun/banana stun for which you actually have how the resist chances should work for different lvls/different buffs? PS: I knew i have seen you somewhere. I guess your personal statistics are not really reliable sources, because i guess you didnt really get high amount of stuns with your playstyle of rushing even in front of bards, dying in pvp after very first stun. Then of course its kind of implausible to resist anything if its 1 stun per 1 pvp.

Thats how it works now. However on 2.0 if you put magnus on healer, yeah, it wont hit unless BP stop. But trust me, he will stop at some moment and thats the moment he will get screwed hard.

So at core/orfen tanks get "almost always", yet you encountered just 3 times that you resisted stun? Do you play here for few days or what because other way its impossible and you should check your brain, the memory part might be damaged.

By this logic people could ask for AoE on daggers. They are "useless" for party and they will be even more useless here after update with the fixes incomming for them (compared to official daggers are much weaker in 1.5 than they are here). I guess any dagger will welcome this skill for sake of feeling "wanted" in party https://l2wiki.com/Razor_Rain_-_Othell_Rogue GH trade zone might be custom, official is using MDT for very same purpose, only the location differs. Starting packs for newbies, yeah, off doesnt have anything like that, except they give gifts to peoples WH every week, you get better no grade weapon/devotion set/jewels from newbie quests which are implemented, so in the end newbie gets much more benefits on official than here.

Sorry, someone who thinks resist shock lvl 4 doesnt help at all with resisting stun or that its not noticable isnt someone worth to discuss balancing. I bet you have never played stun class on classic, right?

Ok, i wont quote anyone because there would be too many quotes. I dont know how much any of you is familiar with L2/L2classic mechanics and what is your knowledge about future updates, but it looks to me that everyone just tries to make "fake" balancing in order to get advantage. First about stun. People who dont play character with stun will say its 100% even with RS 4, but those same people will say necros fear/silence/horror are 70% and the reality would hit them the moment they would play the character for 1 day non stop pvp. Why custom balancing is wrong? its because you balance things as complete part, not single items. Thats why NCsoft is nerfing CC durations (including stun, which eventho ppl will say from 9s to 7s is nothing, i can tell you its already huge nerf), they nerf some stuns landrate, they bring CC resist buffs. They boost daggers, because they were considerably weak on official. Now imagine you would nerf stun now, do you realize what would happen? They can nerf stun on 2.0 because they are boosting overall archer dps, having faster way to kill people instead of holding them under CC, but you cannot nerf 1 part withou counter boosting another one in most cases. To @BlackJack, you could easily have that experience with stun, but making conclusion from that is utter bullshit. You said yourself it was in partisan, first class quest, you are getting skills every 4-5 lvls, so you could easily get situation that the stun level of dwarf was 7+ lvls lower than your character, thus having "10-15%" land rate. You could apply same analogy to this example. Imagine i am 72-73 Aw, you are 76 necro, i doubt i would have even 10% chance to land poison on you, eventho you are just 3-4 lvls higher than me. Why? Because last lvl poison is 8 lvls lower than your lvl. But i can guarantee you that if you do test on official right now stun shot from archer lvl 40 to your charachter lvl 44, land rate will be somewhere above 60-65% without resist shock (considering base land rate of stun shot is 80% in new update and you get ~20% of land rate penalty at 4 lvls). Also i bet people on solo gank barely get RS 4 on them and in mass pvp the, dont really notice how much they resist coz its big mess, but feel free to try making stuns on target under RS 4, you will be surprised that from overwhelming 90% land rate you will get to 65%, which is noticable.

This is the finals of the tournament (last fight), they both have indentical setups with double cardinal, double ES and DA. These were the teams which beat most of their enemies and there were many different setup competing, including full PRs/ full necro parties, double tyrant/titan pre-zealot parties etc., yet they couldnt compete with summoner parties, because thats how good they are in these kind of scenarios. Its pretty much if u have summon running behind your ass, the moment you stop you are screwed, and you WILL have to stop eventually.

I see lots of people have really wrong point of view on summoners here, just because they customized them and now you cannot see them as anything else than buff box. You dont compare ES with mage, you dont compare PS/Warlock with tyrant/dagger, because their roles are simply different. Its like saying sws is not as good as tank, however it can offer other different things than tank with slight feel of tankiness, thats how you look on summoners. They offer you the "secondary-DD" feeling, while they nuke/heal/CC with main character. That can be said depending on situation, because its not always true. 4 summoner party would beat the shit out of 4 necro party in 9vs9 when we talk in terms of 2.0 . Conclusion: I really hope some dedicated good player will show these scrub how good can summoner be in melee/mage party replacing other DDs.

Oh, so daggers are getting off like here on 2.0? No more half-kills, dagger mastery trigger, normal blow rate, normal double BS rate, using VS removing hide? Finally At least those wannabe daggers who reroll coz of 2.0 dagger hype will suck even more, leaving more space for me.

And you think he magically popped on 6x-7x lvl? As far as i know, very few players are the old school guys who play from very start of server, BUT even those i heard rumors they were griefed hard by hardcore russians, so everybody who is playing here had that phase in his lifespan on this server, so its not "loft standpoint" of others. -
This sentence caught me after reading this conversation. Someone doesnt like radnom assumptions yet he has 4 different "assumptions" disprooved about his own party situation right below.

It even says it gives bonus for resisting, not blocking, but it gives that % to give you better chance to resist spell (either u can resist spell toget 50% of the normal dmg or you can fully resist it for it to give 1 or no damage).

I dont know if it is going to work or not, but until it gets fixed you could try to put aqua swirl on bar and then make in macro /useskillforce shortcut X Y, i know that was common for gladiators which couldnt put TSS into macro because the name was too long, so they had to do it this way.

PW is class. Dagger is not. There are 31 classes and 8 roles in L2 according to official info: Knight Warrior Rogue Archer Mage Summoner Enchanter Healer

1) I think rarest class right now is PW (I think there is like 1 PW i saw in town once randomly, while there are very few paladins/ETs, since they are still making their job in pve in pulling and few PSs farming solo). 3) Suggestion right from the start: Friendinvite as many people you are farming with early, so later on you dont have to look for fully random parties but you can pm those "friends" which are online at that moment and maybe form a party or ask them if they maybe have party and dont need XX class (What you will decide to play), that will make lvling with random parties much easier.

I gotta go with Reason is simple, at some point its not matter of how much support/equip you can get, but the xp will start to be limited by spread/amount of mobs in the location, so unless someone was actively pulling mobs towards you, 18kk in 20 mins in FoM is not something you can achieve here at 1.5 without xp boosts

You can make over 10kk xp in 20mins at that level if you know proper spot and have proper boxes at service. However its much less of a pain to make RBs i guess than box yourself to death.

Just for the gags i would allow mages to reroll to daggers at 2.0, however that would be 1 time action (meaning they wouldnt be able to reroll to anything after that) You could see them desperatly failing at dagger gameplay + their anger when they would realize they destroyed their perfectly fine mage character for it. Would be funny to watch
