no where currently, when they are done fixing all the bugs they will make time to add lootbase on items like it was on 1.5, so u can just mouse over. But i am sure server stability is their first priority and not quality of life fixes.

played here and on offi classic, this server has better stability trust me. The problem currently is cuze of bugs introduced with 2.0 patch. Sooner or later they will be all fixed and all should be running smoothly as before. What people dont get is even though we had open beta for 2.0, the stress test on live server can't be replicated on the beta one, so there are problems which didnt occur during beta that happen on live.

Any cp worth something has out of party characters, none of those have the mounts, so u have the travel on feet either way. Only thing mounts are good for is ganking faster, which can be both bad and good depending on peoples opinion.

Necro's were the strongest chars on 1.5, but there are still so many wrong things you said, I don't even know where to begin: Curse gloom affects all party dps, why would u factor it only for necro? Necro's impact in mass pvp has always been debuffs, especially when silence was 1min. Is double hp op? yeah, but without it using close range debuffs would be a suicide. Necros are also limited to just single target in pvp, compared to the other 3 mages. The other 3 mages also have insane burst combo, that can be used to kill ad hoc priority target. Spellsinger nukes also don't get blocked, which makes them better at cleaning front liners. You can watch some movies from ruoff and see how fucking useful is having an aoe in such fights. You literally just mentioned all the upsides of a necro, but none of the upsides of a spellsinger lets say and scream look I'm right. ES on 2.0 is stronger in all parts of the game, outside of oly: a) World PvP, much better, necro has always been strong but the downside of being a hyman mystic being the slowest caster has always meant you can be kited forever by good players or they just run away. b) Party PvP, probably closest to each other overall in such scenario, but go watch the summoner parties vs necro parties on GK tourney and see the result urself. c) Mass PvP, Necros are pretty weak compared to ES aoe and range in a mega mass pvp scenario 3++ parties on each side. d) Leveling - Summoners are the best chars to level to 60-65. From there it depends on what supports u have available.

necro's power level is directly proportional to the amount of epics you and your enemies have. ES doesn't rely on epics. Also ES carry mass pvp like no char can after 2.0.

Because killing ppl who have new skills requires combat and pvp and not drag racing around. Sure people will always find a way to escape, but if I gank you 5 time in 30mins , you will lose 500k and 5 bsoes. Bsoes aren't so easy to come by in a 40man active clan. Still a loss of a resource it might be small, but it quickly adds up. Especially when you are out of bsoes. Before patch there were many bsoe buy shops, havent seen any recently
