in theory yes, but on practice they can chose to ban whoever they like. In such cases common sense applies and thats subjective but thats life.

I did? good to know. From early january when i returned playing until DL broke ( 3months or so from that point ) WS never had more people on siege even with ES in CC. In EU prime soil usually brought 1-2 more cp's than what we had in loa every night and he still had 3-5 more farming abg in the meantime. Oh and Kiam was trying to play EU prime as much he can to help us out and we barely had 4-5 parties running to fight in loa. just watching this clip makes me chuckle:

completely not true, most of us advocated to break ally with ES instantly after DL broke as they were really lazy and uprepared for epics everytime. They also refused to particiapte in our DKP system for epics. Kiam was asking bizz to war them every 2 days the past 2months before ally broke lmao. The only reason it lasted so long was cuze both sides wanted easy epics and not 3-4hours fights, also both our eu and na prime play less overall compare to SM and ES primes so it benefited us due to not being online 8+ hours everyday ( see sayomi's cp for example, they had such a flexible schedule that they moved their prime before eu prime to free farm). Most of ppl in perkunas are 25-30+ with family and kids and couldnt afford to log in during day or late at night for epics.

I dont like zerg either , but if you are bizz and you play 4 hour prime and soil plays 12h + ur only chance is to outnumber. Every1 did what they had to do progress, soil farmed outside of eu prime to get exp and have a fightning chance, bizz was outleveled and saw recruiting as his only option. That's the cycle of the game, you try to do your best with the recourses and opportunities present. What I dont like is people whinning/crying/making excuses about random shit like level/online time/zerg/epix and whatever, everyone is presented with equal oppurtinity in this game, i dont get how people with such mentality are even fans of lineage2 to be honest. When i came back in january i was 68 and when i joined uchi's party we were 65-68 party, we always fought soil in loa 9v9, never pr-ed, got raped a lot, but i never made random topics on forum to cry about the game. I call this mentality the myrciu effect. The other day there was a guy that lost 54 to 52 fighting for spot with us, but he never gave up even though it set him days behind on exp. If this was classic club he would have changed prime time already lul.

not really even talking about siege numbers but eu prime, soil had more than 2-3 times the people every night and still contiuned focusing on eu prime recruitment. If you are against soils recruitment policies and couldnt do anything about it, not sure why you harras every WS member about it. Also is it WS fault , WS has been up and running forever while DL broke...? Btw when i returned playing in january sieges were 200-220 DL, 120-140 WS, 40-50 ES, so yeah the 20 people difference came after we started grouping together cuze we had no chance ( remember that DL were outleveling WS by a lot ). WS / ES broke ally and made server interesting after what? 1.5months after DL broke, while DL kept farming free epics for over 6 months and didnt mind competition on server was lacking. Hypocrisy much? Go tell Usain Bolt to run slower , or C.Ronaldo to score less so the competition gets better chance.

what bothers me is people not willing to put effort into making a summoner work into a party, put they put the effort to cry on forum. Anyone who has played lineage for more than 3 hours should understand the basic principle of lineage - its all about mana. How can people say characters with endless mana are useless is beyond me.

our pt had 3 cats 2 tanks logged of in different farming spots in loa, oh and 2 ponies one for epics and one to run around with us lul. Ah in the end we had a DE summoner as well for mass cubic almost forgot. Summoners are very good in 2.0. Cat/es still best pve healers on 1.5 btw even without the custom shit. They are pretty good in pvp as well btw, thanks to endless mana and how tanky they are. As a matter of fact I would take summoner in my mage/archer party over ee anytime and have EE boxed. You are not going to use pet SS on a server x3 adena? I recommend you quit than.

no he is the local clown , who doesnt know how classic mechanics work and thinks +4 con should make a huge difference in stun resistance. @kktnxbye duno if u are 76 yet but take a 72 archer with [bow] and spam stuns into urself with and without resist shock. Without he will stunlock u, with he wont. You always make claims based on your feelings and not tests, so discussion with you becomes really worthless.

custom changes are good when they make sense. Adding the pony to make summoners desirable in patch 1,5 made sense even thought its borderline op in many ways. Keeping them for 2.0 is stupid due to obvious powercreep imbalance.

well reaper says it was like that on offi too and later got changed. No way to test 1.5 offi classic now, but if you play 3 days on offi on the current patch ull notice how huge difference level makes. Also nukes fail much more etc, here u can kill lvl 76 char with cdls at raids and on offi thats beyond impossible. I dont know if it changed and if it did when, but if thats implemented here it would be really good as level would matter more than 100 hp

dwarfs get stun every 2 levels no? that dwarf was 29 i was 33, so he got stun from 28, meaning 5 levels difference. Dont think we are in a disagreement about anything, i just dont know as i havent played on offi when they made the debuff land rate depend more on level difference, since you said they did and its working fine here on 1.5. As i said i trust what you've said as debuffs really do land less depending on level on offi currently and i have no personal exp before 2.5 on offi. You are 100% correct about resist shock, i know you are pretty new to this server, but as any gaming community, its the same here, people find things to whine about all the time.

72 tank/archer stuns work very well on 76 ppl, i've noticed warlord stun being less reliable though

@reaper mentioned that they changed debuff land rate depending on level in a later patch on official tho so im not sure if its working fine or not on our server. I'd go with not, considering i've been silenced by the flower mobs in cruma while running to core with both orfen and core on me ( and yeah i know mob formula is different but it was a regular occasion and with core / orfen no matter the level difference the chance should be 8% ). Also its true about levels, when i came back playing i was 68 and soil etc were 74+ so i broke my hands solo farming to 76, while my party was easily 3-4 levels behind and still is actually. My role with the party was also indeed quite unique as I was playing essentially a tank/debuffer for our cp, so my strategy was always to stay infront, trying to fear melee/bards/tanks away from archers. Btw this strat has a very easy counter even if im 76 + full epics, magical backfire kills it completely and it's pretty easy to do as stayng infront usually exposes you to being chain aggroed/and eating a stun or two after crown buff expires. on 1.5 72 char cna perma stun a 76 easily yes. But on current offi patch i can tell u that a char 4 levels under me could barely stun me maybe 10-15% chance and that was in partisan when we didnt have resist shocks.Idk when this is implemented but it will come in classic club sooner or later. Also in 2.0 you will get additional resists from stuff like chant of spirit and when people get majestics ( duno how hard it will be here compared to offi ) stun will be completele useless. Btw balance on this server is so heavily stacked towards mages already that it's mildly infuriating that people complain about the only mechanic archers and especially melees have to fight against mages - stun. Mages already have 3 custom broken as shit stuff in their favour ( orfen3,custom pony,demons+12 ) and im saying that as a mage who has taken advantage of all of the above.

1v1 is lineage has and always will be shit, you cant balance 1v1 with 30 classes.

Oh please, while perkunas were still active here, both them and jungle just waited till 23.00 CEST for us to log off so they have 3 hours of free farm until Kiam logged to clean them up. That melee cp that i dont even remember the name of that rerolled to archers were the only ones playing later than that.

yeah anathema deja-vu, spending 80% of prime protecting ppl who cant play smart and do it on their own and organizing everything for them epics/farm/ccs/sieges and after that you didnt do enough for them. I might dislike AD, but his strat to care for his own party advancement really works well in such medium pop servers, since sooner or later people you spent your time helping will turn against you. One thing i learned from this server is that it's better to have 2 self sustaining parties. than 7 - 5 of which require constant protection and cry about everything and cant fight off a single party to protect their own spot.

I understand where summoners are comming from offering party utility, but it's broken. Especially pony buff combined with cov / renewal will be insane. Better than hero weapons dps. Me and modoy suggested this shit 6 months ago to san0 and he said "we will see"

stun is strong but so are other debuffs in 1v1. In party situation ( how the game is meant to be played, you wont get stunclocked and melees dont have that much mana) and you will have healers. Also stun breaks on big hits, which makes it even weaker in big fights. I know it can be frustarting to get stunlocked ( i've been stunned to death in random 1v1s ) but its better to have a chronicle where good players can utilize debuffs, than mindless dmg spam chrnonicle where all that matters is levels/items/epics and 1 button.
