​nah, tyrant gets that skill on official, and i wouldnt rob him of that skill

reason is simple, tyrant gets jack sh1t in 2.0 update, if u consider how every other class gets at least 1 really useful skill, also he gets it at 78, so i wouldnt be too worried of it
