Help me choose an archer

Hey guys. I am between HK and PR. I plan to level with a boxed pp. I am not interested that much in open world pvp. 

 

My main is the PP so I would like to make an archer to help him lvl. My criteria is the best of two at farming and fun.

With only PP buff without song/dance i think Hawkeye has a little bit more Damage per minute (mby around 5%) cos of higher critical rate. PR tho has 1 more str and hex. PR tho is much more fun to play. I would definitely pick PR :). Hawkeye sucks on pvp

pr+recharge is most effective i guess ( I see china archers in bs in this setup).
