Good cps need both. Because farm with stigma on kariks. Probably we could ask SE 74, but when it comes to boxing we prefer active ppl and for mellee clarity and PR is way better. Mellee cant make big mistakes in positioning and we all know in equal situation necros>mages/phantom rangers>mellee>archers, so if we make shits in position just PR. We are not one of those badass who have EE in cp and dont use PR :)))
