Bug with elven oracle class transfer quest

Hello everyone! 

As the title says, my 1st class transfer quest got stucked after I speak with allana and kill the 3 quest mobs. Regularly, the quest updates and tells you to go and speak with perin but in my situation it tells me to go back where the quest begins at npc manuel and when I go there it tells me again to go speak with allana and kill the same mobs. This goes again and again and I cant find a solution...

1) Please give screen of opened quest window

2) You can try to fully restart quest

There's a bug with this quest, you can't kill the quest mob with one hit - that is, you need to first hit him with regular attack and finish him.

Try kill mobs without Shots or buffed, if you kill the mobs with one hit, the quest not works.
I had the same problem.
