Can L2 run at 144Hz?

I'm thinking of buying new monitor, and I only play L2, but higher fps could cure my handlessness

u can do 144hz but u need to have the client full screen and not windowed mode

But with full screen mode its not worth to have double screen then. And as we all know, l2 requires boxing, its not worth to play with one huge monitor, better two cheapies. Or two expensivies.
