P.S: perkunas are where is biz. so if no biz there are no perkunas not in RS not in dev/med not anywhere.

Play as randoms than joining a side. There is no PvP since China and deviate are one side without opponents. Play on a non war clan and go on raids with random CC. Also you can farm free on devil isle and other high level zones.
