Cannot delete the file cause it's open in L2.exe

So lls was doing some clean up on the PC while L2 was open and minimized. Found out that the *.exe of some programs, that get open and terminated in the task and that have nothing to do with l2, like qBit, FileZilla, W32DI etc.. could not be deleted or moved cause they still result "open in L2.exe"

Is this part of the anti-cheat that scan and take track of every *.exe i'm running or something odd is going on?

Hello. Yes. It's part of the protection. Client randomly checking every started program for bot.
