Important changes regarding existing nicknames: Nicknames are no longer released or reassigned based on character level or inactivity. Being inactive, on vacation, or unable to log into the game does not make a nickname eligible for removal or transfer. However, an exception may be considered only in cases of deliberate nickname abuse. An exception may apply if all of the following conditions are met: The nickname was originally owned and used by the requesting player on one of our servers. Another player has taken the same nickname with the intent to impersonate, provoke, or harass the original owner. The original owner can provide clear proof of prior ownership (screenshots and/or video recordings from our servers). All such requests are reviewed manually by the administration team. If nickname abuse is confirmed, the administration may decide to release or reassign the nickname. The administration reserves the right to make the final decision in all nickname-related cases.
