Dear friends! We want to shed light on some of the details of the past few days. As all of you (or many of you) know, our server has been attacked by some "criminals" few times, it was made with the only one intention - to try to harm our project. 3 days ago, one of our employees, support member, unconsciously helped these people by creating for them at the request of the administrator an account (with which they had to show us a bug) on ​​the administrator's master account, from which he was answering on the player's tickets. He didn't noticed he was still logged on administrator's account and not on secondary account and just created new accounts right there. And after the incident he tried to hide it and cover up under the brute attack. For all that happened, of course, he was fired. Naturally, we didn't want to spread this situation, especially since it is under control. But "criminals", who were on the administrator's account, began to blackmail us with information from administrator panel. But they couldn't know one thing. Administrators doesn't have full functional on their accounts simply because they don't need it, every one on our project has his job and we are trying to not interfere to not bring any mess. And since we have nothing to hide and we will not allow anyone to threaten us, we will tell you more about the threats and, in fact, describe how and what works in reality. So, they found in the admin panel that admin can add items to the auction, and  in the game, as well as to remove them. These Functions are needed in different situations to help users, for the operation of the auction, etc. They also saw a character named auctionchar, who had in his statistics more than 600 lots. Let us tell you about this character in details. This is the character of the auction support team. The process of their work is following: As soon as player put his item to the auction, it's being removed for review, legitimisy verification (by checking the gratuitous transfers, which could be considered as theft and whether users have already announced the loss of this item), then a member of the auction team "freezes" the item, it's being moved to auctionchar in order to prevent any manipulations with it, and put to the auction full copy, and information about auction being duplicated to the item's true owner. After the purchase of the lot, the duplicated item is being deleted, and the real seller's item is being transferred to the buyer. Because of this system, customers have to wait for an item after purchase. This auction support team works for the result, receives money for the amount of work actually done so for statistical control this way of working was chosen. But not all items are going through an auction under this scheme. When the support group (tickets) has free time, they help with the auction to increase speed. And so as not to interfere with the auction support team, because ticket's support team doesn't need statistics (they have fixed salary), this scheme does not work. That is, they do not move items for the auctionchar to not add them to the auction team statistics.
