I see Kiddy getting 77 Runes with mail from TieuThuYen at: 11/09/2017 03:12:08.852 Runes was send: 11/08/2017 19:21:04.367 So there was another mail later with same amount of runes?

What runes? Name and level. And when it was?

You just need to login with correct info. Try to login with same info on web ( it will tell that you using incorrect login or pass ).
