Before we begin revealing individual systems and changes, we want to address one important concern directly. The new files, features, and updates we will be presenting are still part of Lineage 2 Classic. Not pure NCsoft version, but our Hardcore version. We are not transforming Classic into Essence, nor is that the direction we intend to take. Features such as auto-farming or AFK farming do not align with our vision of the Classic experience and will not be part of it. The core of the game remains the same: the familiar progression, the grind, the open world, the classic bosses, castles, sieges, clans, competition, and everything else that defines the Lineage 2 Classic experience. The changes you will see are not systems taken from Essence and placed into Classic. They are Classic features introduced in later Classic clients that came after the versions currently used on Dion and Talking Island. In other words, we are moving forward within the Classic branch itself. Some systems may be new to players who are familiar only with our current client. Some features may have been reworked, expanded, or modernized in later versions. However, their purpose is not to replace the identity of Classic, but to develop it further while preserving its foundations. We understand why some players may be cautious. Over the years, the differences between various Lineage 2 versions have created concerns whenever new systems or mechanics are mentioned. That is exactly why we want to be clear from the beginning: Classic will remain Classic. There will still be progression that requires effort. There will still be meaningful competition, world bosses, castles, clan activity, and long-term character development. We are not removing the elements that make the game challenging, social, and rewarding. Over the coming days, each feature will be presented separately and explained in detail. You will have time to read, discuss, ask questions, and understand how every system fits into the overall Classic experience. Do not judge the direction based on the name of a single feature or mechanic. Wait until you see how it works, how it has been adapted, and how it connects with the rest of the game. This is not a move toward Essence. This is the next step for Classic.

Event Story A mysterious treasure hunter named Mel Fisher has recently discovered a hidden coastal refuge guarded by strange Fish People and filled with ancient treasure chests. Unable to uncover all of its secrets alone, Mel is now looking for adventurers brave enough to join the expedition and search for the forgotten riches hidden within the cove. How to Participate Hunt monsters all across the world to gain EXP and collect Wet Pouches. Opening Wet Pouches may reward you with: Small Treasure Key Shards Recipe: Small Treasure Key Collect enough shards and craft your own keys, then seek out Mel Fisher to begin the treasure hunt. Hidden Treasure Cove Mel Fisher will teleport you to the hidden treasure area. To avoid attracting attention from the Fish People, all adventurers will be transformed during teleportation. Inside the cove, explorers will find 3 different types of Treasure Chests: Small Treasure Chest Medium Treasure Chest Huge Treasure Chest Treasure Chest Progression Small Treasure Chests Can be opened using Small Treasure Keys. These chests may contain: Valuable rewards Medium Treasure Chest Key Medium Treasure Chests Medium Chests contain even greater rewards and may also grant: Huge Treasure Chest Key Huge Treasure Chests The most valuable treasures can be found here. Repeated violations or disregard of Staff warnings will lead to a ban. This appeal process exists to ensure fairness and allow one opportunity for reconsideration. 2️⃣ Eligibility Appeals apply to Discord bans only. In-game penalties are handled separately through the Tickets system in the Account manager. Not all bans are eligible for reversal. Each Discord account is permitted one appeal total. We believe in second chances. We do not believe in third chances. 3️⃣ Appeal Process Appeals must be submitted through our official Discord Ban Appeal form. Only one appeal per Discord Account is permitted. Creating alternate accounts to bypass a ban will permanently void the appeal. 4️⃣ Review Procedure Appeals are reviewed privately by the Staff team. Decisions are made collectively to ensure fairness. Staff are not required to disclose internal discussion details or evidence. 5️⃣ Final Decision All appeal decisions are final.
