I did an experiment by opening 3000  Santa's Girl Gift Pouch in three tries of 1000 pouch each. The results are the following:

PD: Take care with your inventory because if it is full or you got more than 90% weight you may loose the items.

PD: Being good or bad does not afect the rewards.

PD2: Take care with weight and slots aviable. If you got 90% weight or 90% of slots full (71/80 for a normal char)  you will loose the pouch and get nothing.

Availability of ++ guns is dependent of our server state and political situation. When some side is leaving - we have a lot of ++ on the market\rmt shops.
BTW I doubt that enchants will help newbies to catch up. It will help them got their c\b grade for sure, but who will buy and use all these improved enchants?- top clans who have money for that. 
Also - all this enchants will pretty fck up our mages. Fighter weapons are pretty easy to make 10+. Thats why almost every archers 70+ in serious clans have at least bop +8. BOP prices went down to 80kk, while demon+12 price is still the same 650-750kk (thats because we dont have new +12 demons on the server). Look at emi bows++ and bops++ - their qty is increasing every month. Only emi+16 we already have at least 8 . Imagine how many BOPs +10-16 we will have now with reduced bop prices and 66% chance to enchant?
Do we have the same qty of SOES++? It's 2 on whole server max+8 as I know. Now think about thousands eab and hundreds ewb from oly every month. Whom do you think it will benefit the most? Yep , all will make cheap BOPs> enchant them with cheap ewb to 8-10 and make 12-16 with improved ewb.
But w\e - all this disbalance between enchat rates for magic and fighter weapons will be compensated with vop+sirena+reneval (SOON(C))

1) Event is not over, even in first day people got this Cloaks.

2) This is not our first and not last event, so there will be more, maybe not with this Cloaks, but with another.
