If I understand correctly, he didnt use any kind of 3rd party software which allows to automate the game process or overcome game client restrictions. he use only 3rd party software do not allowint it. So he didnt break this rulle. But !!

6. Rules may be changed by Administration at any time without notice.

Admin should create rule (if the have heart) and punnishment for trying to break rulle 1.1. And punnis those individuals with more hummanly aftermath and stil keep their face of non-emotional supervisor.

He was banned because when his account was started on PC, from what this account was started, was active bot program.

Next time someone will give his account to friend, friend will use bot for exp and after ban person will come to me claiming he didn't gave account and ask for unban.
