smaller fights? im sure they take rod cause of active skill that can let them dps a lot more in 100 vs 100 or 200 vs 200 fights.

We dont have fights/sieges that last so long to see mages with depleted mana. Elsewhere in my eyes rod seems a lot weaker than scepter.
