Othel rune and character dysblance

Othel runes are too strong.
90% of the people on the server have these runes in their weapons.
So far characters with a high critical chance like a dagger or archer,
could have a chance to reach 500 critical chance. 
Blunt weapons have increased accuracy and much more damage, at the cost of a chance of critical damage.
When the othel rune gives 370 critical chance, we reach the maximum chance even with a blunt.
This gives a huge advantage to a character using this type of weapon. 
Tyrants currently do the most damage because of this.

Archer or daggers have max critical chance with low lvl buffs, no need songs and cov.

Othel 13 should give max 150 critical chance.

150 max othel , so tyrants will have max 300 critical chance, with zelot ofc more.

Archers and dagger can got 500 critical chance with 150 from othel.

The reason why it was created is to make others like blunt users more viable in farming. Sadly were are mages like you ho are jealous about this. Lower the othell. And no one will be even close to mage farm speed.

если изменят руну то в этой игре изменится много чего ....    например начнут ныть на магов ...ляляля огромный урон и так далее ...слишком сложно експ ...

I suggested similar thing but cut othel values by half, not cap at 150. Also blunt doesn't have more dmg and zealor doesn't give critical rate on tyrant, and destro will still have 500 critical rate regardless of nerf, but for sure this would make bigger variety of meele classes

And why not change the Tyrr Rune Variation of Stun on Crit and just put it Stun chance? NOBODY uses it anyway, and since stun is very nerfed for all stun classes, it would be nice to have a stun boost on runes... For example, how can i increase my stun chane on Quick Spear if it doesnt crit? Please consider it @San0
