  1. Isn't mage weapon supposed to be ~50% for mage weapons? 33% would make those +12++ demon staffs even funnier
  2. They way 2.0 is being implemented I wouldn't be afraid of that happening before the end of the world
  3. LF some experienced photoshoper to get the lightsabers out of the screens so these screens can actually attract newbies instead of scaring them away
  4. This one would be a good ingame event, too... Doesn't have to be strictly L2 related, could be a general quiz
  5. The server is Classic chronicle, it's different from the old chronicles. You see, old Chronicles were updated e.g. like this C5 (max level increased from 78 to 80, clan max level increased to 8 etc.) -> Interlude (e.g. Primeval Isle) -> Kamael (Kamael characters) -> Hellbound (new 81+ skills) etc. But this chronicle doesn't follow the same patters and have different updates, like this: Classic 1 -> Classic 1.3 -> Classic 1.5 -> Classic 2.0 etc. and the changes here are completely different. Right now the prepared patch is 2.0 which will introduce for example Tower of Insolence. After that there'll be other patches but all in all Kamaels aren't planned right now
  6. I'm sorry is there a language barrier here? I suggest using Google Translator, it's gotten pretty good lately. Or am I supposed to explain to you what's the difference between 87.36% and 100.00%? Because even if it was 99% (which is most certainly a number you'd like to use, but you can't, because all you have is an ill-founded assumption), the problem is that literally the only thing that prevented it from being 100% was San0's insufficient communication, which is in a nutshell what I'm trying to tell you.
  7. That's where you apparently lost the track of the whole thing - the actual system was none of my interest in this topic anymore once it was 'confirmed' by San0 (which by the way was another example of his poor information handling). The only thing that bothers me there is san0's poor communication skills. And again, you're missing the point I made there with that 'everybody'. I explained the matter to you before, but since not everyone has evolved that far, let me a bit more specific - there've been basically 4 people involved in this discussion: San0, who gave the lousy information, me, who understood it wrong, and you with Rizoski, who understood it correctly. But the point is, there's also an unidentified group of people who read the lousy information and might or might not have been confused by it. You're acting as if everyone, aka 100% of this group understood the poorly worded information the same way you did. But the truth is, you have absolutely zero source for this claim, and because I'm fairly sure some of them could've understood this information incorrectly, it's really nothing more than your, well not exactly relevant opinion. Hence me calling you out on using the word 'everybody' where in fact you meant 'me and rizo understood it'. Which, obviously, is an argument that doesn't sound so striking, but that's about as much as you can claim
  8. No, I don't think people care too much in advance. If you take very limited set of people who know about the decimal point controversy and cross it with very limited ammount of players who are actually active on forum, it's very likely not many were actually bothered by it. It's also somewhat likely that due to poor information handling by san0, some of those people might have misunderstood it the way I did. My issue there was that you used the word 'everybody' while having basically only yourself and Rizo as a source of this claim. That's a bit silly, isn't it?
  9. 'everybody' meaning you and rizos, fantastically relevant data area, trully worthy representing the entire servers' population. I understand that at this point you're unable to accept this fact, but the truth remains that it was awfully put information which is my main issue. btw. congratz on 2k messages
  10. tl;dr you're still apparently missing the point. Obviously I should've picked on first post, it's my fault, but the problem is poor communication from san0's side. When my favorite chimpanzees modoyko and rizoski get all upset about smallest things, it's a pleasurable entertainment, but when server's admin isn't able to provide a clear answers on fairly simple questions, it becomes a problem because it looks unprofessional and harms the server's image.
  11. I wasn't assuming they're changing anything, I was assuming they're using the different system in a first place because san0 wasn't able to give me an exact answer before. How it popped up, I don't know, you started jumping around like a monkey in this topic when I pointed the thing out instead of replying like a normal human being Well you'd certainly get a better KDA ratio
  12. "if there would be change, there would be more info about it" <- how is that clarifying anything at all? If some people thought it was the X system and other thought it would be the Y system, then this piece of information is completely useless. The point where anything about this matter becomes 'debatable' is a point where the initial information is being handed out poorly since as I said before literally all it took was to type out those 5 or 6 specific words which others could easily catch on rather than having to look up which table he actually meant a month ago. You're not supporting your points by any means.
  13. That's exactly the post I was talking about. 1) It doesn't provide and direct information, it merely refers to some data provided by me 2) He didn't even know for sure which values were present on GK at the posted time 3) He literally said 'at least on the test server' in case you missed it there, it's a bit later in the sentence so chances you could overlooked it. When I asked him about it again he simply quoted the old message. That's what I meant by poor informing, especially since literally all was asked from him there was to give a single 5-word long final confirmation.
  14. >implying you and modoyko represent the rest of the community I'm pretty sure many people were confused by it because he really provided an awfully ill piece of information. But either way I'm stunned by your supreme psychiatry knowledge, I'll go check myself on the CT scan right now for that head trauma. Well the thing is, you're going to need DW later on either way - Death Whisper increases crit damage, so it's going to be MVP buff for you once you get a good Othell' rune and reach that 350+ crit rate. If you're at level for DW spellbook drop, I strongly recommend you to try to drop it
  15. Link me up the post where he said they'll push the +75/+375 system through because everytime I asked he just gave the crappy implying answers
  16. Then please try to give clear answer next time instead of quoting several months old implying messages because writing "we'll have the +75/+375 stats" is apparently too much work. And yes I've got my sassy pants on today. But alright, good to know at last, one less thing to worry about. @Vro06 - 100% go for blunt then.
  17. ^true that actually. But either way the point of this is that it wouldn't be announced in advance so people couldn't plan around it. If you don't know if they're going to implement it or not, you're not going to start leveling a mage just for the sake of rerolling. It would be purely a one-time, limited 'event' on the release of 2.0 to help the returning players.
  18. Here's what San0 actually replied: EU and Korea has 375, only GK has 37,5 as far as I know, because they implemented the numbers with moved decimal point. I don't mean to be sassy but for real? Either way to both of you I suggest: goo.gl/Fn63ha
  19. Well that's a fair point, it probably won't go. ...Well my plan failed, and on totally unrelated note, WTB 65+ spoil
  20. That's not as sci-fi as we'd like to believe tho. Haven't seen exactly 76 WK but various 70+ are being sold regularly at some places.
  21. Again, it heavily depends on admins' final decision about the Othell's rune stats in upcoming 2.0 patch. In 2.0 there's this new Special Ability system that allows people to pick any stat of their liking to their weapon (contrary to the old system where you could only pick one of three pre-set). One of these runes will be Othell's Rune. The official stats, used for EU and Korea patch, go like this (starting from +75 flat crit rate at lv 1 up to +375 flat crit at level 13). The problem is, admins are currently leaning towards using the incorrect system which makes this rune completely useless with moved decimal point - starting from +7,5 to +37,5 crit rate at level 13. If they decided to fix the system and give Othell's Rune official stats, you could easily make >350 crit rate even with your blunt. However if they decide to keep the old faulty system, your focus and DW will be kinda useless for the blunt. But if I was to say right now, I'd probably go for the blunt especially since you have a SE which allows you to land an over-hit or two with Hammer Crush from time to time.
  22. A lot of stuff will change and many people will be coming back to give it a second shot, and being able to start with a different character could be the thing to tip the balance and make them stay. By 'limited restriction' I meant lower group being able to switch to higher group for one time (e.g. destro being able to change class to hawkeye). 1st and 2nd group (buffers/healers) should probably remain restricted for obvious reasons. Another argument is that people who will come and will want to play a different char... Well let me put it this way: By letting them do it the official way simply puts the money into admins' pockets instead. But who am I kidding with 2.0 anyway right
  23. Makes me wonder what do you even expect from the summon soulshots in 2.0 since you apparently won't be able to afford them anyway. You silly broke ass peasant. I didn't know you were so poor. Please don't ever reply to me or my comments ever again, I don't want to catch your poverty.
  24. Yo Coco, sad to see you leave, but I'll keep fingers crossed you'll return one day. Good luck wherever your path will lead you.
