Try to enter with same info on web. Login + pass, not E-mail + pass.

He was banned because when his account was started on PC, from what this account was started, was active bot program. Next time someone will give his account to friend, friend will use bot for exp and after ban person will come to me claiming he didn't gave account and ask for unban.

1) I can't tell if it was PC from what he is playing 2) He could asked friend to level him and friend decide to use bot or forget to disable it ( I can't prove it, because for this I need to have access to all his conversations and conversations for person who was trying to login ).
