Ping lags are not related to your PC spec. SDD will just decrease time of object loading ( like after teleport your screen will be back less ), other chars will be loading more faster, nothing more. Proxifiers can help decrease ping.

If this is first time of breaking rule 1.14 - it's 24 hours ban. And all will be unbanned in 24 hours without counting as ban ( you can't be unbanned earlier ).

All people from party who where there will be banned, because they get reward ( exp/sp/items ) from RB that was lured with violating rule 1.14 ( other players couldn't have access to NPC ).

2nd time will be normal ban ( so if you had normal ban before - it will be permanent for you ).

Breaking rule 1.14 - ban for 24 hours. Anyone who doing same will be punished same.
