If we unban person it can be also abused. People will start giving each other accounts and after this tell it wasn't they botting and ask for unban. Idea of bot protection is to Prevent people from login in game with bot. In this case bot protection worked when 1 char was already in game ( person claming it wasn't his account ) and his account was starting.

Never said in conversation that he bought exp and never said that he knew that guy will use bot.

Bot protection update in priority after last crash test. Plus few fixes ready, but first we need to be sure that server are stable. After one of the first fixes that will be installed on live - is bot protection update.

You also trying to login with incorrect info. Try to login with same info on web, it will tell that login or pass is incorrect.
