I don't know how in Russia, but we trying to provide comfortable game for all our players. And we need such long restart to make it. Better have few long restarts right now and after we see that game is comfortable for most doesn't make such long restarts for next year and just help to fix problem to few players that will still have problems.

You just need to make: ipconfig /flushdns in CMD or wait when your provider will update DNS. Or install google DNS, then: ipconfig /flushdns  and after this your DNS will be updated.

Hello. 1) This announce was about our schedule restart. Right now we are making restart to transfer in new data center + trying to make all in 1 restart. 2) Based on this information: ​Right now will be deleted only Nectar from drop. NPC will be on server till 28th.

Hello. No. We are changing data center. Still preparing server, so I'm still here waiting it to be ready. 

If you still unable to login with new l2.ini, it means your dns are not updated. There are 2 ways to fix it: 1) Start cmd.exe as administrator (Search on drive C will help you locate the file) > When the cmd.exe command prompt will open, type the following command  ipconfig /flushdns Then try to login in game. 2) Install Google DNS, then make step 1.
