For example: 1) I created ticket 29/10 at 18 CEST - supports see that last response was 23 hours ago, they will check my ticket faster. 2) I created ticket 28/10 at 18 CEST, but then each 2 hours I keep asking till 30/10 16 CEST - supports will see that last response was 1 hour ago and this ticket will have less priority.  So please form all of your questions in 1 post and then wait response or contact supports in skype: events.classic

​Hello. There was no changes in proxys or anything yesterday. About "some crap 2h restart" - they needed to help players that have delays after data center change. Soon we will solve it and there will be no such restarts anymore, but right now you need to be patient because we trying to make game most comfortable for everyone.

Hello. 1st restart at Monday was to move in a new data center.  2nd ( today ) restart was to change/install some rules for proxy to fix 1 second reaction delay that players have after we move.

I don't know how in Russia, but we trying to provide comfortable game for all our players. And we need such long restart to make it. Better have few long restarts right now and after we see that game is comfortable for most doesn't make such long restarts for next year and just help to fix problem to few players that will still have problems.

You just need to make: ipconfig /flushdns in CMD or wait when your provider will update DNS. Or install google DNS, then: ipconfig /flushdns  and after this your DNS will be updated.

​Лохонулись на ДР с серваком, 3 часа не могут гребаный евент с тыквами отключить... Включили серв на 10 минут и снова вырубили, ЗБС, так держать! ​We are not trying to disable event. We was moving server.  2nd restart was about changing proxy system as we tell earlier we will do. Please read info that we are giving first.

 

Server will be available at 13 CEST. Sorry for another restart, was changing proxy system. We left most popular one ( because if it's popular means players have less delays and problems there ), other proxy was changed to a new one, so you can check them out.
