With most of the events we are giving this scrolls, but we don't want to make market full of buff scrolls and you don't need PP or SE or EE in party because you can just buy this scrolls from another players. But to not make them pointless if for example mage get Might Scroll, we create trade option in NPC Nostalgia as D3vilo and San0 told you. Also you can only trade similar scrolls: Might <> Empower Great Acumen <> Haste    

You are using incorrect patch, download our patch from website or download update and use it.

Don't think that Elven Elders will appreciate. They need party.

The problem is that summons at max level have stats as players in A grade. That making easy to exp and advantage in PVP.
