i dont know how you can get that formula , but if its correct then landing rate only depends on debuff level and level of target, nor wit or int has any effect on it about my roof, i just assumpt that coz classic is building on GOD, and from NA god server, the head gm used to make a lab test about how wit/int affect on landing rate, the result is WIT, just thats it

But we think it's a bit unbalanced thing. On Classic 1.0 from NCsoft you could decrease PK count event with Karma. Only at 1.3 or 1.5 it was changed. We think that with one of the new update there will be another change with this scrolls to make it more balanced, but we don't need to wait NCsoft to make this change. ​yea, you way too much ahead of ncsoft, i hope this is not a bad decision, we still wanna stick with you guys, good luck

Why ? No one is making you leave your spot after you PK. Why would you leave please tell me? If you`re scared that`s your problem you can`t drop an item from a player when you`re white no matter the number of PK points you have. You can drop from mobs but if mobs kill you the chance to drop something is always present. I really can`t understand the stupid excuse you have to leave spot to clean PK`s - you only need to return the quest. Or in other words go to the Black Judge npc once you`re done farming. The same way you only need to go and buy PK scrolls once you`re done farming from the very same NPC. So your leaving the spot is a made up argument. You can level your imp right on the spot, there is no special imp leveling location. And seeing how there are really no other arguments against this except the made up one I hope that it`ll be checked how actually all this crying from the presumably "big levels" tough we have only a handful of ppl crying here how this will ruin it for them (not everyone that are against it are like that) and how in Morim`s poll they were a measly 20% and here they`re 50 and probably will be more. That`s a strange discrepancy right there. 5 minute cooldown ? that`ll help ... I can`t really understand what is so hard to get - bringing the quest back will not stop you from PKing for your spot or the PK chars with max karma it`ll however stop people that are scared to have more than 3 pk points, it will actually be the same but they`ll be scared and won`t dare to kill anyone. ​1.avrage online should be 500+, yea population is not big, ppl just like offcial over private sv 2. geez, with this population you will have a hard time for being support, i just wish you cluck, but if you can find a clan which need support, you will be their golden baby 3. go for se/pp, if you come here alone, EE is x2 difficulty in searching pt 4. average is goign up and down, everymonth few 5x ppl leaving server, top CP right now is 60, so i guess average is about +-50
