​its correct, thats how debuff on classic supposed to be ​That's kind of stupid, so you can't use Seals on wartags unless they hit you first. ​you can hold ctrl or make a macro /useskillforce as an OVL 60 i admit at first i didnt get the ideal why ncsoft made things like that, but after several fights, under many circumstances i found out this feature is changed to stop OVL from being so overpowered, so that ppl playing WC out there wouldnt feel shame about their choices why ? becoz 80% of time i only use sleep/fear, just like WC

becoz sv was opened before offcial, and becoz its free so i decided to stay since i know i wont have any chance in an EU sv, 10 euro per month for subcribe and 10$ for wtfast is not a small spend to me so i wanted to stay hold and watching how innova server going, anw at least by staying here i still have some fun and i did well, after 2 months i just realized i made a good decision, innova should have blocked RU players from EU sv, that drivers 24/24 is so crazy, theyre now 71+ as we are talking and i still not mention about that pre-launch.... after 7 days, all clan halls was purchased by RU clans, just LOLL and above all, my self and my cp could only spend 3-5 hours per day for gamming, somehow the long update gave us some credits, we have 2 lv60 in cp and still pvp when we feel comfortable to do it so... thats it Edit: argh, i forgot, thanks to setzer i did remember now yea, admins were pretty harsh for botter, and a big amount of players quit becoz of that, you know? like 1 guy in a CP got banned, whole CP leave and yes, im so glad that develope team really know what they are doing, they understand L2, they know some feartures shouldnt exist in L2 so they removed it, its pretty impressive to me

​wow 2 months sv and you are talking about endgame, damn, is that bad? for me, for my CP and for newcomers, this sv got a slow but stable update is a very good thing, if LOA was opened,i think we still got raped day by day since we only could log in game for 3-5 hours per day

peak hours? maybe about 800, idk if i make you dissapointed, but you must know there is an offcial sv out there, obviously ppl would choose that over private start over from zero? hmm, 1.3 is way way way more easier for lvling than 1.0, if you dont very care about dominating the rest of server (since its not possible becoz you are late 4months). then this is a good sv for you, have fun

​i posted this in the vote thread, and i am now will tell you, last night becoz our lazy main DD didnt update the game before so we had to wait almost 2 hours for him to finish his update process, so we started late, its about 10:00 PM, we just want to go for a few rounds then get to bed, we finished our farmming day in next 1 and a half hour, guess what we got ? 7 EAC, 1 EWB, 1 zubel breastplate, 1 ring of seal, tons of mats, 1 akame's plated gaiter we all agree that was not good, so i run staight to koll on skype and beg him to fix it, i mean it, i litterally beg him to fix before its too late, and thank god, thanks to our players, they did restart sv and fix to x1 you have to be there to understand the situation which we had, its urgent, it had to be done right away

​1.3 and 1.5 is not about exp rate or drop rate, those 2 new maps, alligator island and enchanted valley are much easier for leveling than cruma and dragon valley now drop and spoil rate back to x1, we should apperciate for that, x3 adena is pretty for newcomer and low level but idk how long can our economy will stand to all free players out there: consider to donate for first few months, i wish you best luck, have fun

The main reason I came here to play is x3( and I believe you too, or you just don't have money to pay for EU official).So your point of x1 doesn`t seem reasonable. ​x3 cuz I don't have time to play even "4 hours a day and only 5 days in a week" as you was saying, that's all my free time after work. And you who ALREADY have all the items, you wish to make it x1 so ppl have to farm for months. And till they farm, what you gonna do ? Right, you will get bored and leave cuz of low population( as an option ). My position is - leave it x3, and establish the work of patch releases. Just be behind of 1 - 2 max patches of official.
