This post has been already made a dozen time, it's 100% sure this quest reward is random, i did this one 2 time on Classic and i get 1 time good weapon and another time wrong one. And L2 central is Russian official database (quest link), believe or not, they didn't show Soulshot/Sps reward because and what?

Only place to get spellbook (lv 20-35) is Gludio's Grocery shop.

It's really sad, so many +16 weapon, thanks NCsoft with this P2W cash shop (Blessed enchant weapon-armor / Soulshot and so many thing).

Don't use any database from older chronicle, there are so many change with Classic. L2 central is good if you want some information about Classic but it's not accurate because there was a lot a change (drop/spoil/new skill/new weapon) since 2.0 update. ​Well i've bad news, you know nothing about Classic and Lineage 2 (Kariks was there in C1 *facepalm*) And Lair Of Antharas is in Russian Classic, you can even see kill them in some stream (Like this video). We will get this update in Official EU at launch (Age of Splendor 2.0) and about this server maybe in few month because admin need to work on it.

Because some quest have to be done with weapon auto attack (like weapon quest lv 10 at Talking island), for some quest even if i one shot mobs, i got quest item.

They get Silent Move in a recent update (Age of Splendor 2.0), not in 1.0.

Yes it give more life but i think you don't know how P.def on shield work. It only add p.def shield when you block with it, if not then you don't have this bonus.

Using a virtual machine or something else to bypass this restriction can be punish (ban?), but if you have 2 PC or more at your home then you can play with multiple account at same time (obviously if a GM see you or someone report you with 2-3 buffer following you, then you will be banned).

You can craft up to Avadon/Zubei on 1.0. On 2.0 BW/Doom will be able to be crafted. You can't craft Avadon or Zubei in 1.0 (you can just drop them on Orfen and few mobs), you can only craft 3 weapon B (Keshanberg/Great Sword/Sword of Valhalla) and 2 low grade Jewels B.

Draqla changed % by a fixed amount few month ago already, we asked for this because Japan 1.0 had already make this change.

There are only SA and dual +4 bonus in Korea/Japan, this feature doesn't exist in Russian Classic. It need to be fixed removed (Dual +4 bonus).

Exp is same as Prelude/C1 until lv 22-23 after that exp in Classic is x3-4 harder than old Chronicle, every player who played in Classic can confirm that. And about update they said working on Siege update, and if you know how update work in Classic, it fit with Age of War update, it's the first major update in Classic and it called 1.3 (or 1.03 in Russia). I don't think they will add 2.0 (Age of Splendor) before because it's a lot of work (ton of new area/B grade gear/a lot of change) if you compare with Age of War update.

And again they will not follow Chronicle update, so i don't know where you get that "no drop from white characters", i follow every single Korean update and i never saw that. Admin work on Age of War Update (1.3) with siege content and Enchanted Valley/Crocodile Island + some new skill.

In this server these stat seem not working correctly (debuff resistance), i don't know where you take your information but you're wrong.

​About stat, max is +15 and - is unlimited (of course you can put only +12 actually because there are no +5 dye). Best dye are +4 -5 (grocery store) or +4 -4 (only drop/spoil in DV for some dye), for other it's like before (+1 -2 / +2 -3 / +3 -4).
