Oh, boy...do u know how evasion works? Even minus 4 accuracy matters in combo with ue. U act like SB had to make you imba, but it doesnt. Each boost consists of many little bonuses, which in total make you dangerous. Ofc its not for mass pvp, but i dont care about m.pvp.

everything is situational. For sure there is a moment when your pw's entangle would be needed, same as TS's hex/stun/slow. Point was not to use them nonstop, but to use them more in general. Don't bother me, please, with your smartass sentences.
