ok, not schoolboy, agroboy. they are boosted and show moments when they win. targets could be lower lvl and w.o buffs. as i remember you crit more in lower lvl guys. plus those dmg bonuses, like cov, epics, oe set, rune in dagger and so on are doing their job. plus in 2.0 you crit more often than in our bugged 1.5.

"decreases frontal Critical Rate by 30%. Increases vital points attacks success rate by 20%, side Critical Rate by 30%, and rear Critical Rate by 60%" -> the right one. And this crit rate chances work only for auto attack hits, not for skills, besides "Increases vital points attacks success rate by 20%". Hope it works correct. Baiums 3rd lvl ring gives 15% p. crit dmg and 10% magic, but in your "level description" vice versa.
