Its simple that GMs didnt think at that time that someone could go over 75 , then UQ abusing the bugged orfen started to reach 76 level. When pinkcake reached 77 level , due to a bug his level went to 81 instead. GMs understood their mistake and wanted to cap the level but UQ already had many 76 , so they couldnt make the cap 75 level as it should be and they decided to let it 76. Thats the story.

Destro with runes will have capped critical chance , now with zealot and frenzy increasing critical dmg as they are you will be able to 1 hit mages with autohit , which in fact you cant do now as you are mostly using skills on pvp. Go check some videos from russia classic.

I agree , though im not in sayomi party Im actually solo filling holes in different parties right now. The situation with eu prime was always like you describe because of people that are able to have enormous playing hours (8 hours a day). They just pvp in eu prime and farm when things calm down.

Ok accepted. Only a clarification , i didnt move prime. I still play in asian prime (or something between asian-eu prime anyway) cause of working hours.
