they dont. What you see is the normal bonus they get from enchants. For example my low c two handed sword +7 went from 213 pattack to 224 after 2.0. But this change isnt shown anywhere.

Ofc if you have smaller % you are gonna lose less %....Amount of xp lost is still the same. simple , total xp needed 1.000.000 to lvl, you have 100.000 xp. total xp goes to 2.000.000 you still have 100.000 xp but you go from 10% to 5% so you lose 5% now from 1.000.000 you have 500.000 xp, total goes to 2.000.000. You still have 500.000 xp but from 50% you go to 25% , you lose 25% I dont know if im wrong. pls correct me
