ye blow chance is rly good... but dmg is lower than TH/AW.. I need 78 and Focus Death  + in this fight I was w/o rune in dagger...

It's because nobody adds the footage of 5 missed blows in a row to the PvP movies

When I was playing dagger, I put dyes in total +7 or 8 DEX, and my land rate was very good.

Sounds about right. It's definitely increased by the +crit power buffs, so the +power from Othell's should be the same deal
