Evansion/Accuracy

Can someone from headstaff explain me formula of those two attributes on this server? because now i think that are really bugged.. Some skills like ultimate evansion now are almost not usable because when u use this skill just stat on character stats grow up but real feel ingame say me that shit not working.

welcome to classic chronicle, it uses god stats so evasion is really shitttttttt

Yesterday on siege, NonHoly evaded 2 consecutive hurricanes from sph 78 with AQ3+vop (+ m.accuracy)

the difference between your evasion and the opponents accuracy must be big if you want to evade something.

you need around 40 more evasion than enemy accuracy to avoid 50% hits. Doable only on UE..
