Make an amnesty for all players?

Many people left because they were blocked in the game. Make an amnesty for the server. I think many will come back. The server is going through hard times.
It doesn't matter what the player was blocked for. Do amnesty for all.

IIRC there was a mass amnesty with patch 2.0, so it would make sense to wait with the amnesty for Zaken patch this time as well for maximum effect. There's no need to rush on it - the "hard times" is entirely caused by the ncwest hype which should be dying on its own in the upcoming months, so it's more or a waiting game really.
