Hello, i wanted to know why the l2 classic when i opened it consumes me as 700 mb each client, i have a good pc, graphic card , internet everything, anyone know the solution regarding th

When I run L2 for first 10 - 15 min it takes 500mb per window but later 200mb.

Same here, seems login process takes allot of ram. Idle on character screen somehow really ramps up my pc :/.

Hello. When you logining antibot protection checking all processes started. Later it's doing same at random time, so it can lead to this.

Official L2 client is working in the same way. L2 is well optimized right now - 200mb for a game is not so much I think. I remember times when L2 was taking around 1gb permanently.

As I said before, after login l2 consume around 500 mb. Number on the screenshot comes from situation when characters were sitting with background mode on for 30 minutes in empty (no people) hunting zone. During exp have ram usage between 200 and 300 mb. Ofc after teleport to town ram usage is going up.

Yeah no AA or shader makes a big difference
