nothing to answer here, from waht i see the option for fixed FC is winning so considering we have a FIXED FC theres nothing to say here.

​Well everyone is entitled to their opinion, but if you watch say modoy's solo pvps, 3 minutes fighting a TH, that shit is boring to me, but a lot of people seem to be interested in it. Fighting out numbered, out leveled, with less numbers and winning with NO deaths, or 1 death, that shit is fun to watch. But I guess watching my own ally get smashed, often not even killing a person would be pretty demoralizing. I mean did you see the SoS fight? You guys had 3x our numbers and still lost. ​well nice vid, you dont compare mass pvp with solo pvp. each of them have their own thing. sos i would name incident not fight, obv they were regrouping without buffs and named it incident because they reacted wrong. its sad that our parties dont have at least 7/9 online on primes, takes out the fun out of you. commenting the setups u had against in a couple of pvp and the situation this whole week on euro. soon online will be back and will have nice fights like in past. see you guys on field.

nah, just checked it out. its about 0.3% per 1 con. later ill run some more tests on it to check the skills its self but if the numbers you guys talk about are correct, the stun skills chances might be slightly off from what it should. i am 100% sure shield stun has 90% base rate and its working correctly. and im almost sure about the banana but need to check everything just in case.

all stuns have roughly same base chance (around 90%), tho it is true that atm con has influence on stun resist and this might be why you guys cant achieve same resuslts as on off. this is a problm i want to have solved before olys mostly.

Tell me, why do u havent problem play with boters, notoriously lier, guy spy enemy TS, emotionaly unbalanced guy or spamer on forum after every his fail in game? Soil 2017:"We're better people than you" I dont think, that normal people wrote it.

Thats funny to see how ppl defend their co-allies actions. I would call this low even if it would be mine ally actions. That's what differentiate good ppl from dishonest ppl. All the situation is like my home owner came in the house i rent and stole my stuff in my absense. With justification "its my house". Thats ridiculous. If my clan leader approves that kind of actions (btw its the most stupid act no one expected from Bizz i suppose) - i would leave this clan. Better to be with honest ppl. About the difference "oh we do the durty things like this only in game-related area" - this is just a bullcrap in my experience. Ppl who behave like this are the same rotten in real life behaviors. Good sign for DL management - if Bizz do such a stupid steps - you have a relly good chances to outplay him. To Stiba : there is a difference between teach your son to understand that the world is full of dishonest ppl and teach your son to behave dishonestly "cause life is tough". I teach mine for 1st.

Almost 8 pages of comments,full of accusations and trashtalking between IG enemies. Most of them are clearly off topic and have nothing to do with qloc's post. Maybe some proofs would clarify things better than simple words. Come on guys,stop trying to missguide and twist words and opinions,just to feed your own/ally ego. That goes for both alliances.

Balu its not the same dude. The character was low and the guy made him what he is. It would be the same as u giving taless syndicate at lvl3, him making it 5 with ch and then demanding it back without giving anything. In ur story u skipped the part that u payed the pob we invested in the clan, and that's cause u are a decent guy. Taless would give u clan even if u didn't i believe. But, u did and offered us time to get a new clan and that's another reason u have my respect (apart from other reasons also). Some other people can never have it, but in the end they wouldn't care to be respected by enemies or even friends, they only worry about winning.

This is nothting more then a typical ally acusation/defend from a disadvantaged point of view (fishfood/qloc) and a defending point of view (47PT CP) Everything else is just trash talking and nothing more and you can insult each other as much as you want. So let me see if i get it straigth a character named "eirene" OWNED by 47PT CP is used by a close friend. So far so good a Character name Balu borrowed a clan to a cloose friend that afterwards went into enemy ally. (Well diferent situtaion the thing is the clan is alot harder to get back cause no email account atached no way to get it back) So what did really made a different in this 2 storys? Well the big differences are people's action!!! Some people in vigi side had acces to alot of my accounts From BD/PP/EE/Crafter/Spoiler etc after i left vigi and joined perkunas when vigi people needed something from me they where all nice and cousy but when they found me on battlefield i'm just another wartag, (naive of me OFC) well guess what got sick. I hate to be friend for circunstances. So i took back all the privileges people on Vigi had on all my accounts and got everything back even the clan (wich i didnt even had leadership) why??? Because it was mine by right!!!! Ofc i struggle alot cause of clan but i didn't do anything wrong people just didnt shared the same compassion as i did, so yeah i used all in my power to take back what was mine. So fishfood/qloc (whatever) tell me i'm a thief and a scammer aswell? Whatever your member did to 47PT CP to do this should have warned you, be as repectfull as he could with 47PT Members and this would never happend you blame them for taking character. Well if you are too lazy to create your own account well... Nothing else to say about this... that's on him, Period! And another thing if you knew the character was not his why would you equip a character that you don't control with top gear? well thats you beeing naive... That's on You! Oh and let me remind you: Character's transfer to another account: 10 Euro. Have fun with topic. Stay safe.

at this point, i'm also curious about the cancel rate for stun effect. everytime i touch someone stunned, i always end up removing the effect with the next skill i use on the target.

I like to play Lineage for everything it has to offer, not watch enemies take free epics because my clan is too lazy to level chars, or to go contest, or whatever their issue was. I don't need to RMT, I probably make more in one week than anyone has made $ off of this server. Sure I'm on a black list, wouldn't be the first time I made some kids butthurt. О_о ​Пойми, на этих хрониках парики разбиваются скилами, никакой автоатаки, а скилы у ВЛа дорогие, вот и выходит, что ему для кача нужны заливки. Также ему нужен хороший еквип, ибо с топ Ц на 60+ не будет хватать урона на убивание париков в соло.

If its thieft then make ticket and ban the guy and get items back? I just read in this topic the guy took his own char back and the other guy was naive. Same as i was naive when i left my char in game when i went to toilet. Thats it

​becoz even they were friends, but Eirene didnt join their clan or their Cp, not even in an ally clan, hes alone, as i said many times before, HE WAS ALONE, he got no CP, no clan, no any kind of support or helps from his "friends", he even had to donated himself to have adena to buy his gears, he join random party from 30-66 till the day he joined my Cp. In short, friends is friends, we can talk, we can laugh with each other but it doesnt mean we always have to be in the same side, espeacially in a GAME. when i recruit him, i didnt even have to say anything, i saw him alone, i pm him "hey man, we need mage player, intersting?", and he said "yes", simple like that, only ppl take this game too serious, more serious than a normal relationship would consider this as "betrayal", i still have friends in perkunas side, we still talks sometimes, whats the big deal? about "scamming", you ppl is trying too hard to twist the ideal of this game, everybody know in classic version we have very high chance to drop items from inventory, and we also know we have stun/fear/etc... that also mean when you bring your char outside of town, you have to be carefull all the times, and when your items dropped, its a part of a game, its unfair but its how this game was made, no one logging your char to trade your item, and no one change your account password to rob your items. Thats why Rizo's case and Eirene's case are 2 different case, i still dont know why you guys cant even understand that. ​I didn't relate this "unfair" way to "stun/fear under mobs" to anyone in particular, neither to Rizo too, was no need to mention Rizo's case 1000th times. Its common way used very often, i was stunned several times under mobs back in 1.0 times when simple C grade equip was harder to get than BOP is now. So, yes, its just a game, But When one side uses those "unfair", (not honourable personally for me) ways against war, its "just a game" and "not a big deal", but when same is done from war side, it's called with loud words "lying", "robbing" I just see double standards here

When thread is made on forum, especially with such "announcing" tittle, it is intended to gain as much attention as possible, mainly from ordinary people who doesn't know the story, including me. There are no details, no before-after story, what was the deal, agreement, etc.. So, as an ordinary forum reader, i got this from original post: "Eirene (in-game name) was a friend in real life of Hemera and his gang, Hemera shared an mage char to him and let him use it." I also read many topics including words "close friend" "dirty" "scammer". Another line also from original post: "we SoulMate clan - which another vietnamese clan need more members so we recruited him" I understand that there are different societies in different countries and may be i simply don't get it, but how "joining war side" from close real life friend is not dirty, and after this action of char owner to get it back is dirty, called "robbing" (btw, i agree that its very "low behaviour" even if its game) And about "scamming" As far as i see in this game, (and not only this game) every side uses many ways to weaken war side, make more/less troubles for them and profit for own side, including looting items from war. So, how "stealing" of that +12 weapon bought/used by war, differs from stunning war under mobs to get his equipment? In both cases you try to get what's not yours by "unfair" action. And about "scamming" again - nobody can scam you, unless your acc is hacked. In all other cases, YOU let them get scammed/robbed.
