Дорогие админы. Я консультировался с юристом по поводу сложившиеся ситуации с моим аккаунтом, на что юрист ответил - что администрация сервера не может ссылаться на сторонние ресурсы (vk.com). Переписка vk не может нести никакой юридической силы так как не имеет никакого отношения к вашему серверу. VK я могу писать все что мне угодно. В нашем же случае доказательной базой дарения каких либо ценностей внутри игрового мира (персонажи,оружие и тд) может являться лишь переписка в чате либо по почте. Именно для этого в топ кланах при передаче эпика пишуться сопроводительные письма с датой возрата эпика хозяину. Если же вы не можете предоставить мне таких доказательств а именно переписка в чате / переписка в почте внутри сервера то Ваши действия по отношению меня, а именно бан моего аккаунта не несут под собой законного основания и являются не правомерными. жду Вашего ответа!
