all exp boost will be scraped. exp scrolls and runes from achievement system will be removed. as for strix we will leave the npc in game with the daily quests but she also wont be giving exp scrolls and the reward for the daily quests will be further decreased.

AT LAST! Yeah! Long time, no see. How folks are doing? Some action is coming, there's no server out there to enjoy, I've been out of L2 for like 2-3 years. According to this we could make server x50 and reach max lvls in a week, would it be a fun? A point of lowering rates/removing xp scrolls is to slow down progression and play server for months not for weeks
