Hello. I will help, but next time you will need to contact official server support ? Download file, unzip it, put in video folder, then start updater again. Or just download our updater, reg on our server and have fun with alot of other players ? Q005-eu.zip

In system folder you must have file like: L2_20190118_143620.dmp. 20190118_143620 = date and time, give me last one.
