well, we will check it and see, i think its weird since if that would be indeed a thing it should happen with all droped items not only with full drops, but still, we gonna check it in diferent levels, diferent mobs, diferent party loot option and all the stuff just to be sure.

this aint part of hardcore L2 but its part of lineage 2 classic. as you can see those quests were changed on classic and the reward is correct, you are prolly just checking old guides from chronicles who have nothing to do with classic version of l2.  

due to a minor technical glitch santas helper left saying we dont pay her good enough for her job of staying there all day long, so i had to go and offer her new contract to bring her back for one more week. NPC is back on.

1) on classic there is no stacking lion eyes. ​2) on classic you no longer need the black lion mark to start the quest hunt of the black lion, so the black lion mark from vanquish remnants quests was removed. 3) cargo boxes were removed. the topic you saw was prolly from beta when they were still droping..

about the drop just finished running some tests with koll and everything is fine, i think you were just unlucky and those guys allways got the drops.
