if you play on enter chat mode you dont need to press ALT to aces second bar. only the numbers. so it becames main bar with Fs second bar just the numbers from upper 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 ' « third bar num pad 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 / *  of you can just go to shortcut options and change as u like more.

​as i said to some ppl who talked about this with me on skype, for me is not all about the money, i do a job that i like and i manage to get a bit of money out of it, so its all good for me and i still put on it all the time i can and all the effort it deserves. i believe i talk for the rest of the team also when i say this. we knew from the beginning the project we wanted this server to be wouldn't be absurdly profitable money wise, but it would be worth it and decent and a nice fruit coming from a tree cultivated and grown up in a nice looking garden taken care by hard working gardeners. (damn i's such a poet). if all we were thinking about would be money we would go and open a high five server where we wouldnt have to work a 5th part of what we work here and put up a donation shop with all the stuff servers run now a days and all weird services, milk it for 2 months and go on vacations to Hawai. (like most of the servers work now a days).   about the community, its true that day by day the l2 community as a whole is becoming less at is was before, less respectful etc but you know, after years of dealing with this and all this problms, we take the problms, learn from them, avoid them in future and then forget about them and keep only the good memories. and there are a lot of them, not only from this project, but from lineage 2 in general. There are still good people on our community and on l2 in general and those are the ones we focus on to keep going and give them all they deserve and a decent place to enjoy their stay and have fun on.

is not only for necro, all mage classes can go +12 con atm, basicly without loosing anything, and with good gear they become quite tankish considering they are a mage. add to this the OEd armor giving more HP and vitality song, and there you go, no more 1 shot ppl   as for the buff scrolls from castle we will not have them here so at least that part is covered

​i was about to say this  lot of koreans and even some russians are playing with +con, theres a couple of videos from some necro party where they all play +con and with those castle buff scrolls and they are just basicly impossible to kill 

its not that no one cares, there is just nothing to fix here, grade penalty is working as it was made to and applying the penalties it has to. there was always some classes who could "overcome" the grade penalty and use higher grade weapons without suffering that much.

atm the official databases have the same drop list we gonna use. so you can check the official databases like l2central or l2wiki.  about the spell books if the memory doesnt fail its only 2 that we will have as the 1.3 cus mobs who drop it is from forest of mirrors i think. any way i might give some time and make a proper specific drop list  for books to avoid future problms.

i dont fully understand your question. but if the question is if the new zones we mentioned on the update will have their normal drops on 1.5, i think the answer is pretty obvious since we said the zones will be implemented and the drop would be as 1.5. and the first question i think i dont need to answer it cus doesnt even make sence, i dont get it why would we change drops on mobs and keep wrong drops on drop/spoil patch.

unless is combat zone (siege ground, fortress etc) AOE skills will not work till chars are flagged. this is how it works.

on the update drops will be as on 1.5 version, so you dont need a database with 1.3. the only difference we gonna have is that the top b items like blue wolf, doom etc wont be droping. so you can use any 1.5 database. also for spellbooks, drops will be as 1.5 except on the cases where the mobs do not exist yet on 1.3. in this cases (which are 2 or 3) the books will drop as on 1.3 version.
