in this case your movie wasnt better...u killed a bishop, which is nearly 10 lvl below you and a bd box at the end.

and even with those lvl system ppl would start to lvl down a lvl 76+ char to lvl 65 and farm everyone with 76+ skill lvl

the physical ones scaling with patk the magic ones with matk. and just in pvp case it makes sense to upgrade them (atleats in my opinion)

new players dont have a clan hall..so its just a plus for all the big clans mainly... and of course they were there by mistake. Clan halls just have Sp scrolls... -
hunter song just influence the crit rate of general attacks (aka melee hits, bow shoots) Crit Chance of skills is just modified by Str or the skill lvl themself (for example on dagger)

actually thats not the full story. Clan Codeine was top lvl till most of them got banned/moved to skelth. They made daily cruma pk tours and when they were done and deep red they went back to DV or Cruma 2 where no one could reach them

Secondlife had a very good mage cp. Additonal with Ochoba and feidal, that were even higher than reaver cp, they were pretty deadly. BTW: What happend with Saruman and his buff army ?
