1. Start this quest by talking to Priest Manuel in Gludio temple. He'll tell you to meet a girl called Allana near Gludin Harbor. 2. Visit Allana. She's standing on the left hill by the harbor. 3. When you ask her about the miracles, she will admit it was a fraud she was forced to commit by Perrin so she could take care of her sick brother. When she finishes talking, a three mobs will appear. Kill them. 4. Once you kill the mobs, talk with Allana again. She'll tell you Perrin holds the money for her brother's treatment. 5. Perrin is standing on the other hill by the Harbor. 6. He'll refuse to hand out the money. When you say you'll report him to the guards, his bodyguard, Tamil, will appear. Kill him. 7. Careful! You can't finish him in one hit, otherwise you won't get the quest item. If that happens, or if you won't manage to kill the mob, simply talk to Allana and then Perrin again. 8. After you recieve Tamil's Necklace, talk to Perrin again. He will give you the money. 9. Now return to Allana. Unfortunately, it's too late for Allana's brother's treatment. 10. Return to Priest Manuel in Gludio to finish the quest. You'll get a Leaf of Oracle (transfer mark), 80.314 XP and 5.910 SP. 11. When you get level 20, go visit a High Priest to get promoted to Elven Oracle.

Could the administration do the same on our community? Questions about rates and other stuff, that can't be tested with exactly parameters by the players, but the adm's/gm's do the experiments and show us the results. i know it's a lot of work, but seems to be a good idea, could also ad this to the Knowledge Base section. I'm taking for example this forum https://eu.4gameforum.com/forums/1659/ There players make their requests and explain why they are asking those things. GM's make an analisis, and do the experiments. Things that are myths and only hoax being proofed.

Only problem is that official is crap and over the course of coupleteen years (since the introduction of L2) koreans continued to prove how braindead they are when it comes to balancing the game out and balancing the fun vs frustration factor of the game. I feel sad whenever I see someone saying "no custom modifications, me want vanila server, cuz custom bad and offi gUd". I mean just look at necro, gladi and fatal counter ... In my opinion mounts should be strictly about getting to a particular place faster. Making them part of PvP creates lots of imbalance and unintended advantages/dissadvantages for some of the classes (I doubt that mounts were added to the game to make summoners more deadly).

- implement bot feature - put a verbal rule u cant bot with it - fck logic login and ban 1/3 server, coz every 3rd shout on GH is from afk loop macro.
