There is no reason for them to have instant cast, they just fuck up pvp. Their whole purpose is to give 100% exp back, same cast time as normal scrolls would improve pvp and slightly change it from being a matter of who spends the most on consumables. Another thing I would implement is cooldown on castle scrolls, but let's leave that for another time.

@San0 @Kse @Koll would you consider adding 2x daily drops for 2x health silent valley mobs? At the moment all SV mobs drop 1 quest item, no matter if they have 1x health or 2x health. That doesn't make sense.

You know what I don't have? 3 cancels, 3 UDs, instant cast fear with higher landrate than normal fear, heavy armor and a skill that oneshots cloths. Don't even begin this conversation, this stupid class shouldn't even exist.

DAs are practically untouched, their fear is almost instant cast, as soon as the blue thingy disappears over their heads they can just instant cast horror and the opponent won't have time to do anything in such a small amount of time. Necros are the ones being fucked
