So if we will start anything it will be here, but we don't interested in starting server for 2-3 month and then close it, so we need more time to prepare. 

We don't ban chars for verbal harassment, only chat ban. But we don't appreciate it, so time will be increased for each next chat ban. So at the end you can have char that can't chat for days
