You can try to check this:

Antibot protection doesn't block bot programs. It's just checking for them and banning if spotted. So if it was antibot - you will just get ban, but as I understand you didn't.

Hello. Protection only telling that you are using illegal programs or banning, our protection doesn't block programs. But it can be some conflict. Check Windows error logs if you will see something about it there.

There are 2 ways of getting this error: 1) You entered 3 times incorrect login/password. 2) You was relogin very fast. You need to wait 10 min and then login. -
