They did bait to ban OCHOBA chars just because report without proof from ROK so GM asking them find out more proof somehow they contact to bait OCHOBA to asking about info of this account but the answer is SECRET price but its still not a good enough proof to banning DANKHAL and OCHOBA's chars banned by reason is he planning to sell chars plus ch to ROK not because they have proof that HWARANG bought OCHOBA char. DANKHAL was OCHOBA's char but where is proofs that OCHOBA sold char to HWARANG ??? And next, did we have proofs that OCHOBA already sold chars plus clan hall to ROK or it just was bait to ban OCHOBA but without any payment (like they said :V) and still just planning but seem like every plan started from ROK. The PROOF in this case must be payment bill with reason or let adding few more rules like this​ 1.6.1 Planning to Buy, sell or exchange ingame goods/adena/accounts for real currencies. 1.7.1 Planning to Buy, sell or exchange game accounts and characters. ​P/s: maybe it was lag or something wrong that I didn't see my post so I write to post it again here ​ ​It's not because he answered "SECRET" it's because he was making offer and was waiting to get money. Isn't it enough to think that person is trying to sell items for real money? He gave where to transfer money. I know that he doesn't get money, but it's more then enough to understand that person was trying to sell for real money and if he would find buyer he would actually sell items.

Buy, sell or exchange is did or just planning to do that will get ban? 3rd. on OCHOBA post every deal and price is from ROKRizzo and ROKDevil so u got enough proofs to banned OCHOBA's chars and banning ROKRizzo and ROKDevil? 4th. how many char on their HWID??? and why only char from OCHOBA got banned and CH is set back to sell if u have enough proofs to sure that OCHOBA did RMT for his char and CH.   We have more evidence, but we don't see a need to publish all the data here! - ​from first post About "He was planing, but he actually didn't done this" - we have screen that also OCHOBA showed where he actually thinking that he will get REAL MONEY for items. Also it's stupid from our side not to prevent such trades ( because after he will sell items, we can ban only buyer - seller won't be already on the server and won't care about buyer was banned ). It's like not trying to prevent drug dealer from selling drugs and only arrest person who buy it. About "you see that they showed payment" - as I sad before they contacted us after first dialogue with OCHOBA and based on info that they gave us - there wasn't enough proofs to ban him. They started trying to get more info ( like an agents under cover ). This screen was NEEDED to show OCHOBA that they are actually interested in it and to become more trusted from OCHOBA side to get more information. And as you understand, I couldn't give any information before we have enough proofs, otherwise OCHOBA would understand that he will be banned.  

So? OCHOBA trying to sell chars + 2 Clan halls for real money. My reaction:  It's against rules: 1.6 Buy, sell or exchange ingame goods/adena/accounts for real currencies.1.7 Buy, sell or exchange game accounts and characters. I'm banning all OCHOBA chars - correct? Correct. DANKHAL one of the OCHOBA chars? Yes.  Chars past and future bind to CHAR, not to a PERSON who playing on it.

Also based on info that we have we are banning all chars related to OCHOBA ( DANKHAL is one of the OCHOBA chars ).

So if they really did RMT but this trade is between OCHOBA and HWARANG how u have proof that HWARANG already paid for this account? ​ ​Hello. They contacted me yesterday and approved it. ​​"They" is HWARANG and OCHOBA? so u bait players by banned them first then showing some proof of other player (just a some chatting at skype) and make them approved it ??? good job ​No. Please check first post where OCHOBA telling that "it's a secrete" how much he sold DANKHAL.

​Hello. We can block only when we have proof that person is RMT, in this case we have all needed proofs. If there will be proofs about another players - they will be banned too.  

Dear friends! Very often we are warning you that RMT deals can lead to not only your money loss, but to loosing your purchased items. You should always remember, that the person, who sold you items won't care about you after the deal and won't return your money in case of it's removal/ban. This is the case when people thought that RMT deal will stay unseen, but it was a mistake. 1) Character OCHOBA changed his nickname for DANKHAL and was sold 2) Here is 1 of many screenshots we have, showing the intention to sell CH for real money (with tries to mask it as a DVD sale and some Adena)   3) Here is seller's skype 4) Application from OCHOBA for moderator position: 5) Checking the skype: 6) Ticket from OCHOBA to transfer the clan and clan rename. 7) Here is 1 more proof that the character DANKHAL was sold (approved by OCHOBA himself)   8) More talks about CH sale and Necromancer level 69   9) After investigation we made a conclusion that Necro 69 is HacPaTb 10) Because at this moment he is a Clan leader of the Clan PraiseTheSun, which, based on OCHOBA Ticket, got Clan with this CH. We have more evidence, but we don't see a need to publish all the data here!   So, the resume: Sold character DANKHAL will be banned.
